The sponsorship of a Team of five or less bowlers is $150. The cost for a Non-Team single bowler is $30. For your convenience, you can use a major credit card or paypal account by clicking on the appropriate button below and providing the information requested.

Next, click on the Sertoma e-mail address and provide the following: If you are sponsoring a team, list the name to be used as the Team Sponsor. If you are paying for individual Bowler(s), provide the name(s)unless it is an undesignated contribution to be assigned by Sertoma.
